WHO ARE THE
JANKOVICHS?
Nick and Kirsten met when they were young - 18 and 21. Nick gave Kirsten a job application to be a waitress and the rest is history. They have returned to the idea of working together all these years later. They have always been the best of friends and married for life - they have been married for over 22 years. They have 4 children that are beginning to venture into adulthood. It is a busy and wonderful life together. Nick and Kirsten are very different but still compliment each other in some magical ways. As a team, they bring a unique approach, perspective and vision. Each project may use one or both of us in unique ways that compliment that strengths of each others.

Jankovich Coaching & Consulting has been a vision for the last few years since the pandemic. Kirsten has always known that she was "called" to the helping profession - a counselor/guide/therapist - from about age 12. Nick has been in corporate and consultative Talent Acquisition for many years and has a passion for aligning thousands of individuals into new careers and career paths. There is lots of movement and change in Talent Acquisition with the ups and downs of the economy and with business changes. It has made him realize the importance of a work-life balance and seeing work as a only a part of his life.
As parents, Kirsten and Nick are tasked daily with trying to guide their children into the right classes, careers and lives that will fit them well. They know the importance of that and wish to bring these skills to the community through Jankovich Coaching & Consulting. There is a great need to help young people determine what they are want to do with their life as well as experienced professionals pivot to what makes them happy.
